5.购买招标文件地点：宁波市国际招标有限公司招标二处。

6.投标截止时间：所有投标文件应于2009年6月29日09：00（北京时间）之前递交到宁波市鄞州区公共资源交易中心开标大厅（鄞州中心区钱湖南路５７８号），迟到的投标文件和未购买招标文件者的投标将被拒绝接收。

7.开标时间和地点：定于2009年6月29日09：00（北京时间）在宁波市鄞州区公共资源交易中心开标大厅（鄞州中心区钱湖南路５７８号）。届时请参加投标的投标人代表出席开标仪式。

2.       Price of the Bidding Documents: RMB￥300 or US$40 for per set of the Bidding  Document ( on non-refundable payment to the following bank account, and another RMB￥50 (Home)or US$8 (Abroad) shall be added for EMS postage for each package of the Bidding Documents, if purchased by mail, and clearly indicating its usage and the Tendering No. on the remittance slip; this Co. shall not bear liabilities for any loss occurred by such mail.

4.       Deadline of selling the Bidding Documents: 24 hours before the Bid Opening.

6.       Deadline for submitting the Bid Documents: Before 09:00(Beijing Time) July.29, 2009 to the Yinzhou Public Resource Exchange Trading Centre，the delayed Bid and the bid that the bidder did not buy the Bidding Documents shall be rejected.
